    All Perricoota Vines Gift Certificates are subject to the following terms and conditions :

    * Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only. The expiry date is displayed on the Gift Certificate.

    *Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of the Gift Certificate will not be refunded or credited.

    * All accommodation and other services by Perricoota Vines Retreat are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

    * To redeem your Gift Certificate and make a reservation, please call 03 5482 6655 or email [email protected].

    * Bookings must be made in advance of your stay either directly with our Reservation Desk and not via a third party supplier or third party website.

    * Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Perricoota Vines Retreat or be otherwise redeemable.

    * Please quote your client number while making the booking.

    * Bookings are subject to availability.

    * The Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of check-in (E-Certificates issued by email can be printed at home or presented at reception on your phone screen)
