Yes, there is free WiFi throughout and it’s accessible in all villas. No additional charge. Password is Perricoota, and network name is perricootavines.

All villas have private, undercover, complimentary parking. There is plenty of free onsite parking at Perricoota Vines for function and conference guests.

Our phones are manned 9 AM – 5 PM 7 days a week, however, reception may be unattended from time to time as we are busy with our chores around the resort. Please call the mobile number on the front door for assistance.

Yes, we can provide cots and high chairs for delivery to your villa. $5 extra per night each.

You are most welcome to bring your own portacot at no expense.

Rollout beds are available at the rate of $30 per extra bed per night.

We provide standard bath towels, however, if you plan to swim in one of our resort pools, please remember to pack a beach towel from home.

Yes, linen is provided and all the villa beds are made, ready for you to slip into at night.

The interiors of all our villas are strictly nonsmoking zones. Smokers are welcome to use the ashtrays provided on the private lakeside decks or garden courtyards. We ask all guests to respect the sensitivities of their fellow guests in regard to smoking in the public areas of the resort. Thank you for understanding.

There is no restaurant available onsite, however, we are situated just a few minutes from the very best eateries the region has to offer… & of course, in our fully self-contained villas, you can always eat in.

Courtesy buses are available from the Richer River Golf Club, Moama RSL, Moama Bowling Club, and Echuca Works Club. Please contact the club directly for a booking. Alternatively, the area is well serviced by the local taxis.

Perricoota Vines offer specials on accommodation on a regular basis via the Online Specials page of our website. Because we understand the expenses of travel, we keep our tariffs at competitive rates and provide our loyal guests with access to exclusive rewards via the Loyalty Club. The cost of running and maintaining our sprawling 4.5-star retreat is mounting each year, therefore we are unable to offer discounts over and above the specials mentioned above. There are no bookings required.

The pool areas are open from 8 am until 9 pm.

Young children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times in and around the pool area. Swimming in the lake is prohibited. We ask that please, no glass be taken into the pool areas and if poolside chairs are moved into grassed areas, they are returned to the undercover area after use (this is to avoid water damage from sprinklers, thank you for understanding).

Perricoota Vines is a retreat renowned for its tranquil views and relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. While we have a full-sized tennis court with a shaded observatory area as well as 2 pools for gentle recreation, our guests generally prefer to relax while staying. We do not currently have a gym however, we highly recommend a stroll along the lakeside walk decks, or a round of golf at the nearby club. For the gym junkie, we can recommend gymnasiums in town for your convenience.

We have two full-sized pools set in tropical at Perricoota Vines as well as a small infant’s pool. The pool closer to the tennis court is solar heated. The second pool – situated at the back of the property by the recreation room – is designed more for summer use and is not solar heated.

Our villas are fully self-contained so feel free to BYO alcohol when staying and enjoy a sip on the lakeside deck or private courtyard as the sun goes down over the lake and vineyard surrounds. While The Vines Lakehouse on site has a fully licensed bar and server, it is currently only available for hire for private functions and can be booked at the reception in advance of your stay.

Our villas are fully self-contained so feel free to BYO breakfast groceries when staying and enjoy a sip of tea on the lakeside deck or private courtyard as the sun comes up over the lake and vineyard surrounds.

You may order a country breakfast hamper for breakfast supplies before 2 PM via 03 5482 6655. We also recommend nutritious and delicious hot breakfasts at Three Black Sheep which is a short stroll past the vineyard on Perricoota Rd.

Once you drive in with your groceries, you really don’t have to leave.

Onsite you can enjoy swimming pools, tennis, table tennis, and pool in the recreation room, marshmallow toasting at the communal fire pit, and outdoor barbecue areas. You can fish on the lake, feed the ducks, dine on the decks, or order in.

Just up the road is Three Black Sheep Cafe and Morrison’s Vineyard Restaurant. Each villa (bar the 2 studio apartments) has a self-contained kitchen for cooking and most have laundry facilities (a public laundry is available on site).

With free WiFi Hotspots and standard Foxtel channels, you can enjoy a movie in your villa.

The accommodation rates listed above do not attract a GST.

Rates are per night based on 2 nights minimum stay. From time to time we offer 1 night stays and increased rates. Rates are subject to change without notification.

All bookings have a minimum stay requirement on weekends/holidays and require a deposit of 50% upon booking.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF 14 DAYS of arrival will receive a credit of deposit paid for future use.

CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 14 DAYS NOTICE will forfeit deposit unless the booking can be re-filled.
